Any account found to be a duplicate may be closed without notice, and balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Account Registration & Security

Deposits
Players may fund their kala888 account using the payment methods available in the cashier at the time of deposit. All deposits are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300. There is no upper limit on deposit amounts, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own transaction limits in accordance with their platform rules.
Deposits are typically processed and credited to your kala888 account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless you contact support with documented reason for using an alternative method. Currency & Conversion

If a player initiates a payment in a foreign currency via Visa or Mastercard, conversion to BDT will be applied by the card issuer at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees are the player's responsibility.
Fraud Prevention

Voluntary Account Closure
